5-6 51 Customized cap by Mauricio Faivich of Argentina. I own several of these caps and have had them for about twenty years or so. It’s time to let a few of them go. Mauricio took well-worn gold-fill and sterling silver 51 caps and transformed them into these high relief beauties. Gold-fill caps are gold electroplated for a final finish. This one is a vine and leaf pattern. Cap is $300, sterling silver pansy pattern cap is $350 Parker 51 pens, either no bottom jewel or jeweled barrel to accompany caps available.
About the barrels and the remaining 51s in this row:
7-12 The 51s in this row have “double jeweled” barrels that start life as well-worn non-jeweled 51 barrels. Barrel end jewels were made by Brad Torelli who also completely refurbished the pen and a number of 51 caps as well. I’m calling them “Torelli/Erano” to distinguish them from authentic double jewel 51s that will appear on this website at a later date.
Pen alone (without cap) most have Fine nibs, choice of black, maroon, blue, or gray ………………….$250
